Lupesina is committed to providing a quality service and to continuously improve both policy and practice. To achieve this, it is necessary to receive and act on feedback from parents/families/clients. Complaints should be dealt within a manner which:

 

  1. affirms the right of clients to make a complaint

  2. resolves the specific issue satisfactorily and in a timely manner

  3. improves future performance of the organisation
